Does the Senate’s Immigration Bill provide any special recognition for the LGBT community?

No.  This bill contains no special provisions for the LGBT community. However, given the recent Supreme Court decision the Bill doesn’t have to provide a special path to citizenship.  LGBT marriages are now legally valid.  A U.S. Citizen or green carder can petition for his/her LGBT immigrant spouse.
