1. Spouse of a United States citizen,
2. A child of the citizen under the age of 21, or
3. Parents of a 21 and older citizen.

But if you are not an immediate relative, you have to wait anywhere from two to over twenty years depending on the visa category and your country of origin.  Would you wait 20 years to be reunited with your loved one?  Let us know.
