Six months?  Would you wait 12 months for the right candidate?What about six to 11 years?  That is how long employers willing to sponsor a foreign-born skilled worker will have to wait before the employee can legally work for them.Take a look at these wait lines:

As an employer, six years is a very long time to wait.  By that time, my needs would have changed.  I have either filled the job or created a different one.  No small business can wait that long for a key person.  It is ridiculous!
