I got charged for running a red light, but I know the light was not red. If I tell this to the Court, aren’t they going to find me not guilty?
Running a red light? The State must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you are guilty of the charge. If it is just your word against the police officer, you will likely be found guilty unless there is some corroborating evidence to support your position. Each case must be evaluated individually.
