Ineligible for Asylum
Yes. Even if you meet all of the requirements, you cannot apply for Asylum if:
- You have persecuted others; or
- You have provided material support to a terrorist organization; or
- You have received legal permanent residency in a third country prior to coming to America; or
- You previously filed for Asylum and were denied;
