Are there any exceptions from birthright citizenship?

The Supreme Court has found that there 3 exceptions to the fourteenth amendment’s birthright citizenship.  These exceptions deny children born under certain circumstances U.S. citizenship.  These circumstances are:

  1. being born to a foreign diplomat,
  2. being the child of a member of a hostile occupying force, or
  3. being a child of a tribal family which owes direct allegiance to its tribe.

These exceptions are in place to protect the integrity of the American society.  If an invading force were to come to America and begin to have children, those children would be citizens without these exceptions.  Now, instead of generating new citizens, these children would be required to leave with the rest of the invading force.
