Libia B approved for greencard; in process for citizenship!
Ms. Libia B married a man that was extremely older in age. Mr. Francisco filed for Libia’s adjustment on March 5, 2012. Now, the application became difficult due to the age difference. Immigration had doubts that the marriage could have been a fraud just to obtain legal status. Still, we submitted the application to USCIS. We proved that both had lost their respective spouses. We fulfilled the requirements of USCIS; marriage certificate, wedding photos, passports, joined bank account, and letters of support.
