What do I do if I think one of my rights has been violated?

I am attorney, so of course I am going to tell you to contact an attorney.  It isn’t just because I want your business, which I do, but because there is no way for me to analyze

  1. Whether you deprived of a “right” you have. For example, I discussed your Miranda Warnings in this article; and
  2. What the impact of that violation can have on your case.

Do you need a

  1. Criminal attorney;
  2. DUI or Traffic attorney;
  3. An immigration attorney; or
  4. All of the above

If you are not a U.S. citizen you need an attorney who is familiar with your specific issue and how it can affect your ability to stay in the U.S. and ultimately become a U.S. citizen.

Contacting the right attorney can make all the difference in your case.
